CA Dishank Shah is a Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, Credit Ratings, and Debt Syndication.
Having worked in the analytical departments of India’s esteemed credit rating agencies, CRISIL Ratings Ltd. and CARE Ratings Ltd., he brings extensive expertise in financial analysis, credit risk assessment, industry evaluation, and rating methodologies.
His experience in the Corporate Finance department of Adani Total Gas Ltd., coupled with his earlier exposure to Project Finance and Debt Syndication, has equipped him with deep expertise in fund raising, financial modelling, credit analysis, banking relationships, and treasury management.
